Born and raised in Varanasi, Mr. Pandey graduated from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth. During his academic career, he began noticing how many schools, particularly in smaller towns, were still heavily dependent on manual processes for managing student results, report cards, and other administrative functions.

Despite the increasing availability of digital tools in various sectors, educational institutions lagged in adopting these solutions. It was during this time that Mr. Pandey realized the potential of web-based technologies to streamline these processes and make them more efficient. This realization led him to establish Result Hosting in 2015, with the goal of offering affordable, easy-to-use online software for educational institutions to host exam results and manage other administrative tasks digitally.

However, the path to success was not without challenges. As a startup, Mr. Pandey faced significant hurdles.
