How to check your application

  1. Use the same 10-digit mobile number or email address that was entered on the application.
  2. Select Search status. You can search with either the mobile number or the email address.
  3. Completed applications show a short status summary. A payment that is still waiting may also appear for up to 24 hours.
Full application details are shown only after payment is confirmed. Pending applications show only their reference, class, payment amount and current status.

To continue a pending payment, use the same browser and device where you reviewed the form. If you switched devices or cleared the form session, the unsent application details cannot be restored; contact the admissions office before making another payment.

Why might no result appear?

  • Check that you used the same mobile number or email address entered on the form.
  • A pending online payment can be searched for up to 24 hours. Select Continue payment to return to it when that option is available.
  • If a fee was required, wait until the payment is confirmed. A payment sent for school checking may take time to update.
  • If you just completed payment, wait a short while and search again.
  • If you still cannot find a completed application, contact the school admissions office and share your payment receipt or reference number.

Status guide: “Under school review” means the school is checking the application; “Approved” or “Not approved” is the school's decision; “Payment confirmed” means the fee was received; “No fee due” means no application payment was required.
