Delete a Jaipuria Tasks account
Authorized Jaipuria Tasks users may request deletion of their app account and associated personal data. Because accounts are managed by the organization, the requester must be verified before any account or workplace record is changed.
Submit a request
Send the request from your registered or official email address. Include your full name, Jaipuria Tasks username, department or institution, and the words "Delete my Jaipuria Tasks account".
Email deletion requestNever send your password, session identifier, or confidential task attachments. Support may ask the organization administrator to confirm your identity and authority.
What is deleted
After verification, the account will be removed or de-identified where reasonably possible, including profile details, active sessions, and profile media controlled by the service.
What may be retained
Task, meeting, audit, security, or other institutional records may be retained or de-identified when needed to preserve legitimate workplace history, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. The requester will be informed if a verified request cannot be fully completed for one of these reasons.
